Volunteer at the Book Fair!

Book Fairs help your school stock up on resources to enrich your children's education and offers them volunteer opportunities. Best of all, each Fair provides kids access to more books.

More books means more choice, which means kids get to read the books they want to read. The right book can ignite a passion for reading, so we encourage families to work together to create a reading culture at home. Reading expands the mind, nourishes the imagination, and opens a world of possibilities.

Volunteering at your child’s Book Fair is a great way to see, firsthand, the exciting titles that are available each season.

Do you have some time you could give?  Volunteers are needed to staff the Glenridge Book Fair.  No amount of time is too small, check out the spots that need filling here. Maybe you'd like to help but can't find a block of time that works for you.  Call the school library (253-373-7494) and they will help find a way to contribute.

Well behaved children are welcome to come with their parents during their volunteering time. Volunteers also receive a $5 book fair gift certificate to thank them for their time. Please contact the library for more information.
