Thank you in advance for any and all time you are able to help at the book fair. Here are the hours that help is needed:
Friday, Oct. 16,
1:00-4:00 for set up
Monday, Oct. 19th and Tuesday, Oct. 20th working the cash register and helping shoppers find books
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – need AT LEAST 2 people each day
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM – 2 people needed each day
3:00 PM-5:30 PM – 2 people needed each day
5:30 PM-8:00 PM – 2 people needed each day
Wednesday, Oct. 21st and Thursday, Oct. 22nd working the cash register, helping shoppers, handing out prizes, packing up the fair
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – 2 people needed each day
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM – 2 people needed each day
If these exact times don’t fit your schedule, just let us know when you can work. We are flexible, so please let us know what works best for you. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
