We hope this newsletter finds you and your family well.  As we are all adjusting to distance learning and staying home, we want you to know that the Glenridge PTO is still here for our students and their families.  If you have a need, please reach out to us and we will see how we can help.  You can email us at or you can message us at

Please let others in our Glenridge community know that we are here and contact us if they need help in any way.  We know not everyone is on Facebook or gets the newsletter, so please share information with others.  Thank you!

Order Your Yearbook!

It’s time to order your student’s 2019-20 Yearbook!  With 60 pages of colorful memories, the yearbook is a great way to commemorate this remarkable school year.

This year, you can purchase yearbooks through the company website and have them shipped directly to your home.  To be guaranteed a yearbook, you must order online by June 1st.  The PTO will have a few for sale when school is back in session, but they might not last.  Order yours today!

Yearbooks are $11 a piece, plus $4 for shipping ($2 a piece to ship additional books).  All orders must be placed by June 1st; deliveries to families will begin June 29th.

Teacher & Staff Appreciation

Did you know that Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is coming up the week of May 4th?  Let’s show our Glenridge teachers some love!

The PTO will be letting our teachers and staff know how much we appreciate all of their hard work to support Glenridge kids in learning at home.  If you’re doing something to say ‘thank you’ to your student’s teacher, tell us about it at or send in a picture to for us to put in the yearbook!

Do you have a great idea to recognize Glenridge staff while we’re all at home?  Tell us about it at!

Calling for Volunteers

We want to partner with you!  Even though it’s only April, the PTO is already organizing for next year and we’d love your help.

There are so many big and small ways to participate in the PTO and support Glenridge – you don’t have to have a lot of time or even come to a meeting to make a difference.  We invite parents, guardians, grandparents and other family and community members to consider volunteering with the PTO – you can organize an event, work on an ongoing project, or contribute to the running of the PTO itself.  Email -  we’d love to talk with you more about it!
