Reading Assessment Results

Glenridge recently took the mid-year Dibels reading assessment and our results are great!

Kindergarten- 62% of our students are at or above grade level (district average is 47%)

1st Graders- 52% of our students are at or above grade level (district average is 60%)

2nd Graders- 88% of our students are at or above grade level (district average is 68%)

3rd Graders- 73% of our students are at or above grade level (district average is 60%)

4th Graders- 69% of our students are at or above grade level (district average is 57%)

5th Graders- 68% of our students are at or above grade level (district average is 55%)

6th Graders- 73% of our students are at or above grade level (district average is 73%)

Glenridge’s scores are exceeding the district average! You can keep up the good work and continue to support your child by reading 20 - 30 minutes everyday.  Stop by the library this week and pick up something new at the Glenridge Book Fair.

Book Fair Hours:

February 9 - February 12, 2015
Monday and Tuesday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Can't make it to the fair or want a wider selection of books?  Shop our Online and still support our school! Our online shop is available until February 14th and will ship free to Glenridge Elementary.
