Happy 2016! We want to take this opportunity to wish all Glenridge families a happy and healthy new year! We hope your winter break was relaxing and filled with wonderful memories. Spirit Wear Day Friday, January 8th is a spirit wear day! Wear your Glenridge t-shirt or our school colors (navy blue, forest green and maroon) and show your Voyager pride!  We still have one shirt that we don't know who it belongs to. Check your email if your student didn't bring their order home. Popcorn Friday Friday, January 8th, popcorn will be sold during afternoon recess. Remember to send 50¢ to school. Please send the exact change, it will help the process move faster and give students more time to enjoy their popcorn. Money raised will support Glenridge programs.

SIT Meeting Join the School Improvement Team, Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 4:00 in the Glenridge library. Help establish plans for improvement and change, get involved in activities and events, Impact your child's education. PTO Meeting The next PTO Meeting is Tuesday, January 12, 2016  at 7:00 pm in the Glenridge library. Free childcare is provided. We welcome everybody, the PTO is for all parents and guardians. Can't attend the meeting? Still want to share your ideas? Please leave a note with the office or contact us by email. PTO Movie Luke Skywalker joins forces with a Jedi Knight, a cocky pilot, a wookiee and two droids to save the galaxy from the Empire's world-destroying battle-station, while also attempting to rescue Princess Leia from the evil Darth Vader. Come see this month's selection on PTO Movie Night, Friday, January 15, 2016 at 6:30 in the cafeteria. This is a free event for students and their families. Concessions will be available for purchase; funds raised will support school programs. This is not a drop off event; children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Jamba Juice  Tuesday, January 26th, Jamba Juice will be sold during afternoon recess. Remember to send $2 to school.  Exact change will help the process move faster and give students more time to enjoy their treat. Money raised supports Glenridge programs. Ivar's Night Make plans to enjoy great seafood at Ivar’s and earn money for Glenridge. Twenty percent of all sales go to our school! Thursday, January 28th 5:00-7:00 pm at 25405 104th Avenue SE. Teachers and staff members will be there serving food. Come support them, and let your kids visit with friends.  Opposite Day Wear your clothes inside out or backwards!  Come ready for our next spirit day January 29th!
