Glenridge PTO Seed Sale

It's the time of year to start planning our gardens. Spring planting is right around the corner! This year the we have partnered with Fedco Seeds to offer a variety of veggie and flower seeds for our spring fundraiser.
• $1.80 each
• Orders must be submitted by this Friday March 4, 2016
• Fun prizes for students
• Plant a beautiful garden and support students through the Glenridge PTO

Reading and Art Night


In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday and Read Across America, come to Reading and Art Night!
Tuesday, March 1st  6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Bring your family back to school for reading and art activities, come have free milk and cookies and every toddler to 6th grade student receives a free book!

Be sure to stop by the PTO raffle table and see all the amazing things you could win, including a ride in a police patrol car to be taken that night! Tickets are one for $3 or four for $10.

Lots of fun for the whole family, see you there!
Tuesday, March 1st, come to school dressed in red and white from head (hats are okay today) to toe to celebrate Dr. Seuss! There will be a prize for the class with the most students dressed up!

Drama Parent Work Night

Is your student in this year's production? Friday, March 4th 4:00 - 7:00, we need everyone to join us in order to put the sets together, paint the sets, make sure we have all props needed and make sure lighting/sound systems work. There is a lot to do and so we need everyone to come for a least an hour. 

Spirit Wear Day

Friday, March 4th is a spirit wear day! Wear your Glenridge t-shirt or our school colors (navy blueforest green and maroon) and show your Voyager pride!
Join us for school pride days the firstFriday of every month!

Popcorn Friday

Friday, March 4th, popcorn will be sold during afternoon recess. Remember to send 50¢ to school. Please send the exact change, it will help the process move faster and give students more time to enjoy their popcorn. Money raised will support Glenridge programs.

Family Dance Bake Sale

Do you like to bake?  Or maybe a visit to the bakery is more your speed?  We would love to include your small homemade or store bought treats in our bake sale!  Items will be sold at the Glenridge Spring Break Family Dance on March 10 and priced at 50¢ - $1.00. If you would like to contribute, please contact the PTO.

We are still in need of volunteers to help out that night, from decorating to clean up, contact us to help out!

SIT Meeting

Join the School Improvement Team, Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 4:00 in the Glenridge library. Help establish plans for improvement and change, get involved in activities and events and impact your child's education.

PTO Meeting

The next PTO Meeting is Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Glenridge library. Free childcare is provided. We welcome everybody, the PTO is for all parents and guardians. Can't attend the meeting? Still want to share your ideas? Please leave a note with the office or contact us by email.

Class Picture Day

March 10th, classes and school groups will be photographed. Turn in the order form with check or exact cash if you wish to order a class photo or package. The school does not have change.

Glenridge PTO Family Dance

The second annual Glenridge Family Dance is March 10th 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Join us for this fun event! Dancing, contests, food and much more!

PTO Movie

Come see this month's selection on PTO Movie Night, Friday, March 18, 2016 at 6:30 in the cafeteria. This is a free event for students and their families. Concessions will be available for purchase; funds raised will support school programs. This is not a drop off event; children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
