Book Fair
Help set up and staff the book fair. There are many opportunities to help, set up is February 5 and sales will run February 8-11.
Staff Dinner
The PTO is planning our next staff dinner for Monday, February 8th at 5:30. Everyone works so hard during conference week, this gives them one less thing to worry about. If you would like to contribute we are looking for side dishes (the main dish will be provided) with an Italian theme: antipasto salads, fruit, dessert, soups, breads etc.
Please let the PTO know if you will be bringing something. Items will need to be at the school on February 8th by 4:00 pm. |

2016 Tech Expo
Come to the ShoWare Center, Thursday, January 21st 6:00 - 8:30, for a free family event to see how our students and staff use technology to become "Modern learners ready for college and careers". Glenridge staff and students will be presenting, as well as people from throughout the whole school district.
There will be a shuttle service to and from each KSD high school every 20 minutes6:00 - 9:00 pm.

Box Tops and Labels for Education Contest
It's time to check your cabinets! Start sending in your Box Tops and Labels, the class that brings in the most between now and April 1st will get an extra recess! Second Place gets a special treat! Send them in today!
Submission flyers went home in Friday Flyers January 15th. Can't find yours? Download a new one here or send them to school in a bag/envelope marked with both you student's name and their teacher's. |

Parent Teacher Conferences
Flyers went home in Friday Flyers, January 15. Make sure to fill them out with your first, second and third choices marked, include the names of other children and their teachers. Please return to school Tuesday, January 19, 2016.
Kids do better in school when parents are involved in their academic lives. Attending parent-teacher conferences is a way to be involved and help your child succeed.

Jamba Juice
Tuesday, January 26th, Jamba Juice will be sold during afternoon recess. Remember to send $2 to school. Exact change will help the process move faster and give students more time to enjoy their treat. Money raised supports Glenridge programs.
Ivar's Night
Make plans to enjoy great seafood at Ivar’s and earn money for Glenridge. Twenty percent of all sales go to our school! Thursday, January 28th 5:00-7:00 pm at 25405 104th Avenue SE. Teachers and staff members will be there serving food. Come support them, and let your kids visit with friends.
Opposite Day
Wear your clothes inside out or backwards! Come ready for our next spirit day January 29th!
SIT Meeting
Join the School Improvement Team, Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 4:00 in the Glenridge library. Help establish plans for improvement and change, get involved in activities and events, Impact your child's education.
PTO Meeting
The next PTO Meeting is Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Glenridge library. Free childcare is provided. We welcome everybody, the PTO is for all parents and guardians. Can't attend the meeting? Still want to share your ideas? Please leave a note with the office or contact us by email.
