PTO Update 3-25-18

Glenridge PTO Drama Club Presents The Lion King Jr Follow the adventures of the young lion, Simba, the heir of his father, Mufasa. Simba's wicked uncle, Scar, plots to usurp Mufasa's throne by luring father and son into a stampede of wildebeests. But Simba escapes, and only Mufasa is killed. Simba returns as an adult to take back his homeland from Scar with the help of his friends, Timon and Pumbaa. Join us at Glenridge Thursday, April 5, 2018, at 7:00 pm Friday, April 6, 2018, at 7:00 pm We are helping our Glenridge classrooms by collecting donations of school supplies in lieu of admission. Twin Day Friday, March 30th is a student council spirit day. Twin Day! Come to school dressed like your friends! Glenridge Spirit shirts, team sports shirts, or seahawk jerseys make it easy to dress like a friend. Popcorn Friday Friday, April 6th, popcorn will be sold during afternoon recess. Remember to send 50¢ to school. Sending the exact change will help the process move faster and give students more time to enjoy their popcorn. Money raised will support Glenridge PTO programs. We'd love to have your help. Contact the PTO for more information. PTO Nominations We will be accepting nominations for the upcoming school year’s PTO Board at our next meeting (April 17th). Being a PTO Board member gives you a chance to help shape your child’s school experience, and have a voice in the planning and funding of Glenridge PTO programs and events. Board members will be asked to attend a monthly board meeting, as well as attend our events as an active member. When more parents get involved, we can accomplish so much more. Glenridge needs our time, talent, and commitment. Watch for more information to come and see how you can be involved!

Box Tops Wanted Clipping Box Tops is an easy way for you to help our school earn cash and supplies. So far this year, we have earned over $1,300!  This school year, our school’s goal is to top last years total of $1,500, we have a ways to go, but with your help, we can do it! If each student brings in 5 Box Tops by the end of the year we will make our goal.  Pictures Needed The yearbook committee is busy getting this year's book put together and we need your help!  We need all the shots you've taken at spirit nights, on field trips, in the classroom, and on the playground. Send any picture you've got (phone pictures are great) of Glenridge students to the PTO.
